Computacenter is seeking an Agile Process Optimizer to join our Group Information Services team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation across various technologies, analysing and delivering enhancement requests to core business systems deployed in medium to large size companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and define requirements, processes, procedures and reporting for new modules, components and applications to complement the existing toolset.
  • Participate in workshops to ensure full alignment of requirements and solution across technical and business teams.
  • Work in a geographically spread Agile team, writing user stories, performing show & tells, functional testing and creating documentation as needed for projects undertaken.
  • Produce project plans, highlight reports, exceptions reports and risk & issue logs when required.

You will have a strong understanding of Incident management, problem management, change management, release management and configuration management as it relates to ITIL, and be able to implement systems using Agile/Scrum methodology. Your experience in the Systems Development Life Cycle processing including requirements analysis and systems design will enable you to write high quality requirements documents, test plans, project plans, user guides, highlight reports and release notes.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years working in a similar Business Analyst role and at least 18 months+ in IT Service Management.
  • Experience being the business analyst for an application development project, delivered to (or within) a medium to large size company.
  • Administration experience of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to work in a geographically spread team.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
