Learning Support Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning Limited, a specialist school in Nottinghamshire.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting children during lessons and school activities, managing pupils' personalised learning, and working with various Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Mental Health needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting students with their academic and personal development
  • Assisting with behaviour management and providing emotional support
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans
  • Accompanying students on trips and outings

**Requirements:**

**Salary:** £95 - £120 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
