Direct Response Employment Services is seeking a skilled Quality Controller to join our client's team in Trowbridge. As a Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products supplied to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct visual inspections of goods to ensure quality standards are met.
  2. Accurately record inspection results and communicate any issues to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  4. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
  5. Manage supplier relationships to ensure colour consistency and quality standards are maintained.
  6. Investigate customer returns and provide feedback to relevant departments.
  7. Track and report quality metrics to ensure compliance with company standards.
  8. Support the Design and Buying teams with product development tasks.
Requirements:
  1. Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to work.
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  4. IT literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  5. Fast learner with ability to adapt to new processes and systems.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with flexibility on start and finish times. Salary is £24k per annum.
