Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to provide comprehensive support across all areas of human resources. The successful candidate will have a strong background in generalist HR duties, absence management, restructuring experience, employee relations, payroll, and administration.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide HR support to employees and managers, including absence management, leave requests, and employee communications.
- Support restructuring initiatives by assisting with organizational changes, workforce planning, and employee communications.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, including conducting investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Process payroll and maintain HR records and documentation.
