Mechanical Project Engineer Opportunity

MARS Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join a world-leading company in the design and manufacturing of instrumentation, systems, and devices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects from conception through design and into manufacturing. This will involve liaising with customers, understanding and interpreting their technical requirements, and creating functional specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience in managing significant projects or programmes. They will also have a strong understanding of design and build processes, knowledge of drawing standards, and the ability to lead projects with confidence and credibility.

The role will involve working closely with the design team, assisting with calculations and analysis, and preparing documentation and supporting information for manufacturing. The successful candidate will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to plan across multiple projects and tasks.
