Anderselite LTD is seeking a skilled Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join their team. As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for driving and managing the MEICA elements of various waste water projects for the Water framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Subcontractors, Designers, and feed into the overall delivery of the project, ensuring programme and budget constraints are met.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure the clients' high standards are met.
- Support and encourage other members of the MEICA Team, including Graduates and Apprentices.
- Mechanical Engineering Qualification.
- CITB 5 Day SMSTS (desirable).
- CSCS Card (desirable).
- EUSR Blue Card (desirable).
- Experience of working in a contractor-based background within the water industry on sewage and water treatment works.
- Understanding of NEC4 condition contract and budget control.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Good communication skills.
- Capable of supervising site staff if required.
