Learning Support Facilitator

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and help them achieve their full potential.
About the Role:
- Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance
- Assist with the planning and delivery of education programmes
- Monitor and record student progress and performance
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss student progress and share best practices
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with young people in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
- Good IT skills and knowledge of relevant software applications
