Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.
  • Leading by example, delegating tasks, and motivating your team to exceed performance targets and standards.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share and increase revenue.
Requirements

To succeed as a Lettings Manager with Bairstow Eves, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of managing, leading, and mentoring a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer care and customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
  • A full UK driving license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
