About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own business, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and lettings growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own business, including profitability and business development
  • Provide personal, professional lettings expertise and advice to customers
  • Motivate, inspire, and manage your team, including running morning meetings and coaching sessions
  • Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping landlords let their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
  • Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market, developing a reputation for being an expert in your field
  • Work closely with your team to download new properties and agree a suitable strategy to match up potential tenants

Requirements

  • An ability to build great relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Drive and determination, with plenty of get up and go, pace, passion, and enthusiasm
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • A full driving license

Package

  • Basic Salary: £28, - £29,
  • On Target Earnings:£40, – £45,
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
