At ITS Computing, we are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 developer to join our team of professionals in delivering complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dynamics 365 developer, you will work closely with our project teams to advise and deliver solutions that meet our clients' business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements Analysis: Translate business requirements into workable solutions, ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, consultants, and developers to identify the most effective methods for solution implementation.
  • Proof of Concepts: Develop proof of concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze problems to resolve or provide detailed information to enable root cause identification.
  • Custom Development: Lead custom development tasks and aid in the delivery of these as a final solution.
  • Configuration: Complete and document configuration tasks as required.
  • Architectural Decisions: Inform and assist in architectural decisions to ensure that solutions meet our clients' needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Dynamics 365 Experience: Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including experience with configuration, customization, and integration.
  • SharePoint Online Experience: Demonstrable experience of Microsoft SharePoint Online, including experience with configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Power Platform Experience: Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Power Platform, including experience with configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Agile Methodologies: Demonstrable experience of using Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum and Kanban.
  • Azure DevOps: Experience of using Azure DevOps, including experience with configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proven Delivery Record: A proven record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Security Clearance: Eligible for Security Clearance (SC) – UK Resident for five years or more with no more than 30 days out of the UK.
  • Microsoft Certifications: Current relevant Microsoft Certifications for Dynamics 365.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Experience working in a customer-facing role or repeated exposure to customer-facing activities.
