Pricing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team at E L Recruitment Solutions. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Pricing Manager and the wider freight network to ensure customer demands are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pricing and ad hoc rates to overseas partners, offices, BDMs, and customers.
  • Quote all spot shipments from the operations network and tenders that cannot be answered with self-serve tools.
  • Report and analyze quote statistics and trends.
  • Transition of won shipment information to the correct operational team.
  • Create and maintain pricing tools (spreadsheets, calculators, databases).

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and business acumen. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
