Senior Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our team at AWE Plc.
Location: Our office is located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: Salary will be dependent on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience.
Working Pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight. We are open to flexible working requests to accommodate your lifestyle.
As a Senior Employee Relations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive work culture.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee concerns and issues.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with employment law and regulations.
Requirements:
