Senior Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping our employee relations strategy and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employment law and company policies
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employment law and company policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
