We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Contracts Portfolio Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in contract management and is looking to take their career to the next level.

About the Role:

  • Provide oversight of a portfolio of Engineering Service Contracts, ensuring contractual requirements are met and value is delivered to site.
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery criteria are identified, defined and delivered.
  • Perform routine vetting of Suppliers through Contractor Prequalification and supporting outsourced vetting.

Requirements:

  • Contract Management – experience managing contracts, understanding the different phases from end to end.
  • Contract Law – basic understanding of Commercial Contract Law; what constitutes a contract.
  • Commercially Aware – basic understanding of inflation and price indices, comfortable analysing cost data and ability to calculate impact to site.

  • Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Awareness of either Engineering Operations or Legislative Requirements.
