Job Title: Strategic Innovation Director

Join Zaizi as a Strategic Innovation Director and play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic go-to-market direction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and leading our strategic go-to-market planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our existing and new propositions, capabilities, and services, ensuring alignment across our business and with the evolving needs of the public sector.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities for growth, and potential challenges within our current and planned sectors.
  • Spearhead innovation and growth initiatives, exploring new technologies, services, and business models that can enhance our competitive edge.
  • Lead Zaizi's go-to-market activities, act as a focal point for marketing events, and engage with industry and client events.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with government agencies, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand our capabilities and market reach.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the company, leading cross-functional teams to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic objectives, ensuring that the company is on track to achieve its goals.
Requirements:
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve targeted revenue growth through strategic initiatives, new service offerings, and expansion into new markets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop a targeted number of new strategic partnerships with public sector entities and technology providers.
  • Client Acquisition: Achieve targeted new client wins and engagement activities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain or improve customer satisfaction levels, as measured by net promoter score (NPS) or similar metrics.
