About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely escorting residents and learners from our site in Much Hadham to and from appointments and organised outings. This role requires a high level of confidence, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents and learners to and from appointments and organised outings
- Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during transportation
- Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle at all times
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A valid driving licence
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
