We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of clinical psychologists to deliver high-quality mental health services.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to support patients with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Provide supervision and training to junior staff members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Competitive salary range: £53,755 - £60,504 per annum.
- Permanent contract with opportunities for career progression.
- Excellent pension scheme and cycle-to-work scheme.
- Annual leave entitlement: 27 days rising to 29 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years.
- Eligibility to register with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Postgraduate qualification in clinical psychology or a related field.
- Significant experience in leading and managing clinical psychology teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
