Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Executive to join our operations team at I Love My Job Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business, working closely with the Head of Operations and other departments to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Accurately process sales orders, handle marketplace orders, communicate with customers, and update product information, collaborating with our warehouses for swift and accurate deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Run daily WIPs to ensure stock and orders are allocated accurately.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately manage orders once placed, ensuring everything meets expectations.
- Supplier Management: Review supplier manuals to understand procedures, ensuring all relevant teams have necessary information to fulfill orders accurately and punctually.
- Customer Service: Ensure all behind-the-scenes operations are running smoothly, including timely assistance to customer inquiries regarding product details, samples, compliance documentation, and internal data collation.
- Logistics and Shipping: Involve in transport and shipping of export orders, including to our US warehouse (pallets and containers).
- Stock Management: Oversee any necessary rework of stock, ensuring costs are approved and accounted for appropriately.
- Warehouse Management: Manage communication and coordination with international warehouses.
- SLA Management: Set and monitor SLAs with the warehouse, including the improvement of order accuracy.
- Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control standards and service improvements where necessary.
- Corrective Actions: Implement corrective actions to address any discrepancies or issues.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between various teams throughout the organisation, facilitating effective communication and workflow management.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in operations administration, with exposure to sales, warehouse, or logistics administration being advantageous.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the behind-the-scenes operations requirements of major retailers.
- Skills: Confidence in communication, ability to push back when required, proficient in Microsoft Office suite, strong numerical aptitude, including Excel.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the consumer products industry.
- Personal Qualities: Display a positive, proactive attitude, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, highly organised and adept at multitasking, thriving in a fast-paced working environment.
