Senior Commercial and Builder Development Manager

Cosentino is a world-leading producer of architectural and decorative surfaces, with a presence in over 100 countries. We are seeking a Senior Commercial and Builder Development Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves developing business through local teams by establishing and growing relationships with targeted accounts. You will be responsible for identifying sales strategies and needs for the region to increase diversification in products and applications.
- Develop business through local teams by establishing and growing relationships with targeted accounts.
- Identify sales strategies and needs for the region to increase diversification in products and applications.
- Support local teams with current accounts focusing on closing new business.
- Provide advance training to local teams supporting the local General Manager.
- Analyse KPI and KAI for the sales region covered to evaluate potential business opportunities in the region.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the industry.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in builder and commercial segment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power BI, etc.).
- Proficient in Salesforce.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Ability to travel locally about 80% of the time.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £70,000 per annum, plus benefits including a comprehensive health insurance plan, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
LocationThe ideal location for this role is London, Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds, but we are open to considering candidates from other locations within easy reach of good transport networks.
