As a key member of our Customer Engagement Global team, you will work closely with Elanco IT and Sales and Marketing leaders across our top 10 international affiliates to advance our commercial-centric digital vision. Your expertise will enable the governance, process, and technology to drive business results across the organization, delivering results through influencing multiple functions, business units, and change management processes globally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how customer behaviors and technology are impacting animal health. With excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, you will leverage new channels and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to deliver customer-centric journeys that meet strategic objectives.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create pilot campaigns (ex. Lifecycle journeys, triggered campaigns, etc.), manage A/B testing processes to test and learn and translate outcomes into actionable strategies.
  • Enable digital product launch approaches that secure differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Drive campaign design and development in partnership with launch/brand/portfolio leaders to optimize marketing and sales rep engagement and customer impact.
  • Leverage new channels and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to deliver customer-centric journeys that meet strategic objectives.
  • Advise on content strategy, sharing and applying best practices.
  • Identify target audiences and personalized communications strategies.
