About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sunday Sales Assistant to join our team at our Wootton Bassett shop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows
  • Ensure that stock density is maintained, regular rotation of stock is carried out, and that maximum realistic prices are obtained on donated items, in accordance with charity guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop, including the sales floor, stock processing area, offices, and communal areas

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash
