Job Title: Sunday Assistant - Wootton Bassett

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Sunday Assistant to join our team in Wootton Bassett shop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows
  • Ensure that stock density is maintained, regular rotation of stock is carried out, and maximum realistic prices are obtained on donated items, in accordance with charity guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring that gift aid is maximized when dealing with customers and donors
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop, including the sales floor, stock processing area, offices, and communal areas

Requirements:
  • The ability to communicate with tact and discretion

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritize workload, balancing competing demands
