Community Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Community Partnerships Manager to join our team at Charisma Charity Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community groups, churches, and businesses in the North West of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective community outreach strategies to grow awareness and support for The Leprosy Mission.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, churches, and businesses to promote the mission and its work.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and talks to various audiences, including churches, community groups, and businesses.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the mission's work.
  • Manage volunteers and provide support and guidance to ensure they are equipped to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community outreach, fundraising, and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
  • Experience in managing volunteers and providing guidance and support.
