Based in the UK, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Leader to join our thriving business. As Head of Revenue Growth, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team while being a top closer. This role offers a competitive salary of £72,000 per annum, with a generous commission structure based on your team's sales, providing a realistic OTE of £90,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will deliver comprehensive training for new starters on how to sell themselves, the business, and our products effectively.
  2. Engage with your team by listening to calls, providing motivation, fine-tuning their performance, and offering support where needed.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a steady and appropriate flow of high-quality leads, then guide your team in maximising these opportunities.

This is a virtual role, with the expectation of 1-2 days per month in our Scarborough office. You'll enjoy working closely with your team, not just managing from afar, but engaging alongside them to hit KPIs and meet ambitious targets.

The company sources leads from multiple channels, ensuring that your team contacts clients who have already expressed interest, selling them our tailored services. This role requires someone who knows how to support and push the team to achieve more, always focused on helping them become the best version of themselves.
