We are recruiting for a Childcare Professional to join our team in Burnley.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement engaging activities to promote children's learning and development.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Assess and record children's progress and develop individual learning profiles.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3).
- Previous experience in childcare (preferably in an early years setting).
- Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
