Customer Delivery Coordinator

At CityFibre, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our fibre-optic network. As a Customer Delivery Controller, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless project delivery and network expansion across public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to define project scope, activities, and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of client communications throughout the delivery lifecycle, including regular meetings and reporting.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project roadmaps, aligning customer orders with the core network.
- Proven experience in planning and controlling complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level or above.
- A self-motivated and autonomous approach to work.
- A competitive salary of up to £36,000.
