Customer Delivery Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating project delivery for City Fibre's growing customer base. Working closely with the Customer Delivery team, you will help align customer orders with our core network by developing roadmaps and assisting with infrastructure planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring our project management tools are up to date.
- Regularly report project progress, status, and risks to Service Delivery, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager in defining project scope, activities, and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of client communications throughout the delivery lifecycle, including regular meetings and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Proven experience in planning and controlling complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level or above.
- A self-motivated and autonomous approach to work.
