Job Overview

National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is a leading organisation in the nuclear sector, offering exciting opportunities for career growth and development. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Support Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for providing technical support to our facilities and ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out efficiently and safely.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme and 25 days annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to NNL facilities
  • Maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years experience in mechanical engineering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
