We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our Children's Disability team as a Senior Practitioner/Deputy Team Manager. This role involves complex assessments, case management, and collaboration with other agencies to ensure the well-being of service users.
Key Responsibilities- Providing professional supervision and adhering to Social Work England's code of practice
- Contributing to team development and ensuring effective and efficient services for children, young people, and their families
- Collaborating with other agencies to ensure the well-being of service users
- A current registration with Social Work England
- Good knowledge and post-qualifying experience in children's or adults' services
- A sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- A proven ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
