Austin Fraser is an organization dedicated to providing exceptional support services. We are currently seeking a skilled Premises Manager to join our team at West Drayton Academy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and implement routine inspections and repairs of school buildings, equipment, and external environments.

  2. Supervise repairs and order new equipment as necessary.

  3. Prepare project documents and specifications for tenders.

  4. Inspect and report any defects or issues within the school.

  5. Address any issues promptly by supervising contractors.

  6. Provide regular updates on building, maintenance, and health and safety matters at Academy Council meetings.

  7. Arrange for equipment availability for school events and outside bookings.

  8. Conduct regular water risk assessments and coordinate related surveys.

  9. Update the Annual Building Inspection Plan and conduct annual play inspections.

  10. Develop and review the Health & Safety Policy.

  11. Conduct regular fire risk assessments and inspections.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in property management and security.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • COSH Qualification.
  • Work experience in a school or similar setting; an Enhanced DBS is required.
