About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 5 Ward Nurse to join our team at Harty Ward, Sheppey Community Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of patient-focused care, ensuring accurate written records are kept.
- Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients and carers to ensure they have access to appropriate information.
- Promote and maintain positive relationships between all staff involved in patient care.
- Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
