About the Job


We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Band 5 Nurse to join our friendly and welcoming ward team based on Harty Ward at Sheppey Community Hospital, North Kent.



Main Responsibilities

Maintain a High Standard of Patient Focused Care

As a Ward Nurse, you will work collaboratively alongside our multi-disciplinary teams to ensure patients receive high-quality care and support.



Maintain a Safe and Clean Working Environment

Our team is committed to maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and we are looking for a Ward Nurse to join us in achieving this goal.



Provide Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of Nursing Care

You will use your strong communication and organization skills to provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients.
