We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team at a thriving primary school in Windsor. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education of young people, working closely with teachers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting teachers in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 classrooms
- Providing numeracy and literacy support to students
- Working with small groups to ensure students are on task and meeting learning objectives
- Graduate with a 2:2 or above in a relevant degree
- Experience working with young people, either in a similar environment, youth work, or sport (desirable but not essential)
- Pro-active, organised, and ambitious individual with a passion for education
- Full-time position with a competitive daily rate of £80-90
- Opportunity to develop your classroom experience and skills
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
