Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Day Shift

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and safety-focused individual to carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on site. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the production team to ensure plant performance is maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake all prioritized and planned maintenance work, minimizing production downtime while upholding and exceeding safety standards.
- Perform preventive and corrective tasks, including PMs and breakdowns.
- Contribute to engineering project work and assist with new installations or refurbishments as required.
- Provide engineering support to the production teams.
- Ensure the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is accurate and data is inputted to a high standard.
- Engage actively with Continuous Improvement initiatives, such as workshops, kaizen, and 5S.
Requirements:
We are interested in candidates with a strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance processes and activities. A completed apprenticeship or relevant working experience in a related field is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft 365 applications, and experienced in applying Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
