At Knauf, we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for carrying out both preventative and corrective maintenance on site, ensuring production downtime is minimized while upholding and exceeding standards of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To undertake all prioritized and planned maintenance work, ensuring production downtime is minimized while upholding and exceeding standards of safety.
  • To undertake preventive and corrective tasks, including PM and breakdowns.
  • To undertake engineering project work and assist with new installations or refurbishments when required.
  • To provide engineering support to the production teams.
  • Ensure the CMMS is accurate, and the data inputted to a high standard.
  • Actively engage with CI (workshops, kaizen, 5s, etc).

What We're Looking For:

We're interested in candidates who have a strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience of maintenance processes and activities. Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications are also essential. If you have a proactive mindset, good time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
