Mobile Vehicle Technician

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 (DOE) fully expensed company van + time saved bonus OTE £38k - £45k
Job Purpose:
- Provide top-notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
- Deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
- Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers.
- Commit to continuous learning and development.
- Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services
Requirements:
- Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
- Capable of supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues and junior team members.
- Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.
- Provide evidence of the 'Right to work in the UK'.

About the Role:
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician at Rubber Duck Cars, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs. You will deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles, adhering to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers.
