Event Coordinator for Investment Banking

We are looking for a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team in London, specialising in investment banking events. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating non-deal roadshows, 1:1 and group meetings with investors, ensuring that all roadshow logistics are arranged efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience of executing roadshows in a large investment bank, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively. They must also be able to manage multiple projects concurrently and remain calm under pressure.

The estimated salary for this role is £280-£300 per day, with ongoing temporary work available. We would welcome applications from candidates with the necessary skillset and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate 1:1 and group meetings with investors
  • Arrange all roadshow logistics including flights, hotels, and catering
  • Manage virtual roadshows when needed
  • Keep the company updated ahead of the roadshow and whilst on the road
  • Ensure all information included in scheduling systems is current
