Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Intelligent Motor Drivers (IMD) Business Line. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of motor control technology by defining and developing next-generation products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:- Lead the development of new product definitions throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept to release to market (RTM).
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and gain a comprehensive understanding of customer applications and systems.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products and define requirements that drive innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with design, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure products are designed and manufactured to meet specifications.
- Develop and execute validation plans to verify product performance and reliability.
- Partner with strategic marketing to create compelling product collateral, including reference designs, evaluation boards, white papers, application notes, and software tools.
- Train and support field application engineers to effectively assist customers in their design processes.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and provide technical expertise to drive adoption of our products.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred) with a strong foundation in motor control principles, such as sensorless FOC for PMSM, IPMSM, or BLDC motors.
- Proficiency in real-time coding for motor control applications using C, C++, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience with motor control simulation using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Deep understanding of core electronics fundamentals and power conversion principles.
- Hands-on experience evaluating motor control systems in a laboratory environment.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
