About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cleaning operations of up to 30 small format retail stores across the UK. This will involve ensuring that all cleaning services are delivered to the highest standards, and that all staff are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the cleaning operations of up to 30 small format retail stores
- Ensure that all cleaning services are delivered to the highest standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to carry out their duties
- Manage and control costs within budget
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed
- Carry out regular audits to ensure that cleaning standards are being met
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
- Proven track record of managing a team and delivering results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Full and valid driving license
