Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee budgets, quality control, staffing, training, work assignments, and time cards.
  • Conduct monthly on-site inspections with Site Supervisor and/or client to ensure quality control.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all areas, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning, carpet care, hard floor care, equipment operation, chemical knowledge, and safety.
  • Prepare clear, legible written reports, quality control inspections, employee evaluations, and other forms as needed.
  • Read, comprehend, and implement the Scope of Work for a contract and communicate that knowledge to Site Supervisor and workers.
  • Manage accounts using computer software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and other products.
