About the Role- This is an excellent opportunity for a senior financial professional to lead our corporate finance function, working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business success.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in FP&A within a similar-sized business (£700 million turnover) and a proven track record of improving processes, procedures, and managing change. They will also have experience in developing and leading a team.
What You'll Get in Return- A competitive salary of £90,000 to £110,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 4 days spent in the office and 1 day working from home.
- Future career progression opportunities within our dynamic and growing organization.
- ACA / ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Substantial experience in FP&A within a similar-sized business (£700 million turnover).
- Proven track record of improving processes, procedures, and managing change.
