About the Role

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to guide our finance, digital, technology, data, and resource teams. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our long-term financial sustainability, driving digital innovation and transformation, and strengthening business assurance and governance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of motivating and building empowered teams, as well as experience in developing and sustaining improved working practices for efficiency, effectiveness, and robust risk management.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality reporting and analysis in support of Board-level strategy and decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure the organization's financial health.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We offer a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
