**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team in Warrington, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the coordination of multiple Solar and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) based projects, working closely with our senior team to ensure efficient project execution.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project engineering management, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal team members and external contractors, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define project requirements, technical specifications, and system integration plans for Solar and BESS systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments, monitor project progress, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and update project plans and manage documentation.
  • Assist the technical team in getting the projects ready for operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in renewable energy project management, with a focus on Solar and BESS projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Solar and BESS systems, including project engineering management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
