We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our bank team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a bank RMN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including emergency departments, medical assessment areas, and all wards and clinical areas across the Trust.

As a bank RMN, you will be expected to provide high-level nursing and observation, delivering a range of nursing and psychosocial interventions to help reduce patients' distress. You will also assist and support general hospital colleagues in making decisions about treatment and care in complex situations.

The ideal candidate will be available to work at short notice, as these shifts will often be last minute. In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive hourly pay rate of £18.64 per hour basic rate (inclusive of A/L), access to a range of national and local discounts, and an industry-leading pension where your employer contributes 20.6% pro rata.
