Maintenance Planning Specialist

About the Role
As a Maintenance Planning Engineer at TUI, you will be responsible for planning the maintenance of the airline fleet, focusing on base and heavy maintenance planning of wide-body aircraft. You will work in line with the approved maintenance program, applicable regulations, and available maintenance slots and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage base maintenance work packages for the wide-body TUI Airline fleet, taking into account the TUI Airline Base Maintenance philosophy and optimizing fleet availability.
- Assist in organizing maintenance slots in cooperation with TUI Strategic Planning, maintenance organizations, and local flight scheduling departments.
- Liaise with TUI E&M or outsourced maintenance organizations, supply chain, and engineering departments as needed.
- Support various entry-into-service, phase-in/out, winter lease, and other projects across the TUI Airline Engineering & Maintenance departments.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics or equivalent through experience. You will also have preferably 1-3 years' experience in a similar position, strong business English skills, and good knowledge of standard IT applications. Having experience with maintenance planning software is an asset.
