Job Title:

Nursery Practitioner

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote excellence in quality within the nursery environment, encompassing resources, experiences, and surroundings for children.
  • Assume primary carer responsibilities for designated children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Cultivate rich and stimulating experiences tailored to each child's age and developmental stage.
  • Prepare and support activities that foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, maintain effective day-to-day management of the nursery environment.
  • Contribute to ensuring practice and provision align with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
  • Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to deliver high-quality childcare practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Level 2 qualification in Early Years or above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
