Job Title: Maintenance and Operations Manager

We're currently looking for a driven and passionate Maintenance and Operations Manager to lead our maintenance, repairs, and compliance teams. As the go-to person for managing our 750+ properties, you'll ensure we deliver high-quality services that improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage capital investment programs to maintain and improve our homes
  • Lead and inspire a skilled in-house team to deliver exceptional results
