Maintenance and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance and Operations Manager to join our team at The Curve Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our maintenance, repairs, and compliance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compliance and health and safety across our 750+ properties
  • Manage capital investment programs to ensure safe and well-maintained homes for our customers
  • Lead and inspire a skilled in-house team to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement
