Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Job Description
This role will support the acquisition, purchase, and integration of new freeholds into our expanding portfolio. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial recommendations and ensure seamless integration.
- Manage monthly management accounts, including cost lines, income streams, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee the performance of one employee, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Investigate variances between actual results and budgeted/forecasted outcomes.
- Reconcile balance sheets for relevant entities.
- Present financial reports to line managers and senior finance teams.
- Built relationships with multiple departments, including Property, Commercial Analysts, Legal, and external managing agents.
- Support group and statutory audits for relevant entities.
- Assist with the integration of new acquisitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) with further study support provided.
- Leadership and managerial experience.
- A minimum of two years' experience working in a similar finance role.
- Excellent IT system skills, particularly MS Excel.
- A willingness to develop and grow your career in a commercial business.
