Job Title: Finance Administrator - Commercial Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of the UK Finance & Reporting team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering financial insights that will drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting systems and finance processes, with a strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting. You will be responsible for maintaining our procurement system, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and assisting in month-end procedures and balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculation and input into the finance system of monthly prepayments and accruals.
  • Support in creating department reporting in order to help with financial planning, including review and investigation of any variances between the actual results and budgeted/forecasted results.
  • Support with the calculation of figures to be included in quarterly budgets and forecasts for specific departments/cost lines.
  • Ownership and maintenance of the procurement system.
  • Provide support to the Finance and Reporting Team for month-end reporting processes.
  • Completion and ownership of balance sheet reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or looking to begin study (study support provided)
  • Experience of accounting systems and finance processes
  • Good MS Excel skills

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
